Fort Jackson, she has close family ties in Germany and

with being married and raising three beautiful boys

Rivers is our Home Loans Consultant located in the
Lake Carolina Community. She has over 18 years
experience in residential mortgage lending and has
assisted many to realize the dream of homeownership.
Gwen is very passionate about making sure that she gives
impeccable service and a pleasant experience when
assisting her clients with their home financing needs.
Gwendolyn is a native Columbian and a graduate of Dreher
High School and attended Columbia College. She and her
family reside in Northeast Columbia and are very
involved in their community. Gwen is also an active
member of the Foundation and PTO boards of Forest Lake
Elementary. She is married to Cpl. Mendel C.
Rivers of the South Carolina Highway Patrol and they

Trey
Baker In 1993 started his career in mortgage banking
in Charleston, SC, after earning a BBA in Finance from
James Madison University. He returned to his hometown of
Lynchburg, Va. in 1995 to pursue a career in
international business that exposed him to many
different cultures. Trey joined Bank of America in April
2005 and has been helping people achieve their dream of
home ownership ever since. Trey’s number on goal is to
provide best in class service while offering solutions
to meet his client’s long term financial goals.
Trey has been married since 2004 to Rebecca, who
practices law in Columbia. They have two cats, Bishop
and Moses. Trey enjoys playing golf, fantasy football,
gardening, and traveling.
